How we came into this world in Tambaba|Como viemos ao mundo em Tambaba

Depois de passar um fim de semana como turistas normais em Olinda, seguimos para a Paraíba. Fomos para a Costa do Conde. Esta região tem várias belezas, entre elas a praia de Tambaba, uma das principais praias naturistas do Brasil.

After spending a weekend in Olinda as normal tourists, we went on to Paraíba, or to be more exact, we went to the coast of Conde. This region offers many attractions, among which Tambaba beach, one of the main naturist beaches of Brazil.

O nome Naturista é o nome completo para Nudismo. Naturismo é mais do que o nudismo. Naturismo é “um modo de vida, em harmonia com a natureza, caracterizado pela pratica da nudez social, com a intenção de encorajar o auto respeito, o respeito pelo próximo e pelo meio ambiente.” Stephan e eu nos identificamos com a filosofia e decidimos experimentar a nudez social.

Naturism is the full name for nudism. Naturism is more than nudism. Naturism is: “a lifestyle, in harmony with nature, characterized by the practice of social nudism, with the intention to encourage self respect, respect for the other and for the environment.” Stephan and I identified with the philosophy and decided to try out the practice of social nudism.

Stephan se sentiu confortável desde o início e não teve problemas para se despir em público. Possivelmente porque o nu é menos tabu na Alemanha do que no Brasil. Porém, devo confessar que para mim, despir-me em público foi um desafio tremendo. Para experimentar o nu explícito tive que romper muitas barreiras internas, mas a expansão valeu a pena.

From the start, Stephan felt comfortable and did not have any problems to take off his clothes. Probably because nudity is less a taboo in Germany than it is in Brazil. I, however, have to confess that for me, taking off my clothes in a public place was a tremendous challenge. To try out social nudism I had to break many internal barriers, but overcoming them was worth it.

Se tivesse que descrever a experiência em uma só palavra, a palavra seria LIBERDADE. Senti-me livre para mostrar quem sou, exatamente como sou, sem artifícios… nua e crua. Surpreendi-me ao perceber que nua, me senti linda! Senti-me linda e senti que os que estavam ao redor também eram lindos. TODOS eram lindos: magros, gordos, pequenos, grandes, adultos e jovens…

If I had to describe the experience with only one word, the word would be LIBERTY. I felt free to show who I am, exactly how I am, without artificiality… naked and raw. I was surprised to realize that naked, I felt beautiful. I felt beautiful and I felt that those around me were also beautiful. Everybody was beautiful: the slim, the fat, the small, the big, the adults, the young…

Na beleza de todos, senti a natureza ao redor. E que natureza! Em Tambaba o mar é rodeado por mata atlântica e falésias, e decorado com recifes. Admirando esta beleza e nadando nua em Tambaba, senti-me parte.. senti-me parte da natureza e de todos aqueles que naturalizavam comigo…

And in the middle of this beauty, I felt the nature around me. And what a nature! In Tambaba the sea is surrounded by Atlantic rainforest and cliffs, and decorated with reefs. Admiring this beauty and swimming naked in Tambaba, I felt I was a part of nature, and of all those who were naturalizing with me.

Senti também que nus somos todos iguais… nus nascemos de novo em conjunto. Não há como classificar entre os que têm e o que não têm… nossa pele não é coberta de grifes que o dinheiro pode comprar… nossa pele é apenas a expressão grátis da mais linda natureza… dentro e ao redor.

I also felt that naked we are all the same… naked we were born again as one. There is no way to classify those who have and those who don’t… our skin is not covered by the brands that money can buy… our skin is just a free expression of the most beautiful nature… inside and out.

Enfim, experimentar o nu foi experimentar a liberdade de ser o que somos e reconhecer que todos somos parte de tudo. Quando o dia acabou e era hora de ir embora, me surpreendi ao perceber que pôr a roupa novamente foi quase tão difícil quanto tirá-la ao chegar em Tambaba…

Trying out nudity was to try out the liberty to be what we are and to recognize that we are all part of everything. When the day ended and it was time to leave, I was surprised to realize that to put my clothes back on was almost as difficult as it had been to take them off arriving in Tambaba…
